Your Data Stays in Your Workspace
- Questions submitted to 1up are stored only in your workspace to improve future answers for your organization.
- Documents uploaded to 1up are never used to train AI models and are never shared outside of your workspace.
- All customer data is isolated per workspace and cannot be accessed by other organizations.
Security Controls
- All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256, the industry standard for secure storage.
- 1up never shares your company’s information, knowledge base, or questionnaire content with any third parties.
- Customers retain full ownership and control of their uploaded data and may modify or delete it at any time.
Regional Hosting Options
1up is hosted on AWS, and customers may choose between US, EU, or AU availability zones for data residency and compliance requirements.
