- Questions submitted to 1up are stored **only** in your workspace to improve future answers for your organization.
- Documents uploaded to 1up are **never used to train AI models** and are **never shared** outside of your workspace.
- All customer data is isolated per workspace and cannot be accessed by other organizations.

## **Security Controls**

- All data at rest is encrypted using **AES-256**, the industry standard for secure storage.
- 1up never shares your company’s information, knowledge base, or questionnaire content with any third parties.
- Customers retain **full ownership and control** of their uploaded data and may modify or delete it at any time.

## **Regional Hosting Options**

1up is hosted on AWS, and customers may choose between **US**, **EU**, or **AU** availability zones for data residency and compliance requirements.
