1up’s Notion connector can ingest pages, sub-pages, and database entries. Once connected, any Notion page you add to 1up will automatically sync whenever it’s updated.

## **1. Connect Your Notion Workspace**

Go to **Knowledge → Add Knowledge → Notion**.

Click **Confirm** to begin authorization.

Choose which parts of your Notion workspace 1up is allowed to access. 1up does **not** pull any data until you explicitly select pages.

Select the pages or spaces (e.g., **Enablement Content**, **RevOps**, **Technical Docs**) and click **Allow Access**.

Once authorized, you can start importing content.

## **2. Select Notion Pages to Sync**

Go back to **Add Knowledge → Notion**.

Use the Page Selector to choose **all pages**, or **specific pages**, sub-pages, database entries, or objects within your Notion tree.

Sync the pages you want. They will now appear in your 1up Knowledge Base.

## **3. Organize Your Synced Notion Content**

- Add tags (e.g., **Notion**) to categorize your imported sources.

- Tagging allows you to narrow Q&A or RFP automation to Notion-only content when generating answers.
