## How to Automate Answers from Egnyte with AI from 1up on Vimeo

1up provides a Microsoft-approved integration for Egnyte. Files you connect will automatically sync to 1up whenever they’re updated.

## 1\. Install the Egnyte Integration

In 1up, go to **Knowledge → Add Knowledge →** Egnyte.

You’ll be prompted to sign into Microsoft. Once logged in, you should be authorized to pull files and pages from Egnyte.

## 2\. Choose Which Egnyte Content to Sync

Select the **files** you want to sync into your Knowledge Base.

Anything you sync will **automatically update in 1up** whenever it’s edited in Egnyte.

## 3\. Organize Your Synced Content

Add tags (e.g., Egnyte) to help organize your knowledge.

Tags allow you to narrow answer generation to specific sources when asking questions or automating questionnaires.
