1up’s Highspot connector can ingest files and spots. Once connected, any Highspot content you add to 1up will automatically sync whenever it’s updated.

1. Connect Your Highspot Workspace

Go to Knowledge → Add Knowledge → Highspot.

Enter your Highspot URL to begin connecting.

Log into Highspot in the popup window:

Once authorized, you can start importing content.

2. Select Highspot Content to Sync

Use the Highspot Selector to choose spots or files within your Highspot dashboard.

Sync the pages you want. They will now appear in your 1up Knowledge Base.

3. Organize Your Synced Highspot Content

• Add tags (e.g., Highspot) to categorize your imported sources.
• Tagging allows you to narrow Q&A or Questionnaire automation to Highspot-only content when generating answers.
