# Highspot

1up’s Highspot connector can ingest files and spots. Once connected, any Highspot content you add to 1up will automatically sync whenever it’s updated.

## **1\. Connect Your** Highspot **Workspace**  
Go to **Knowledge → Add Knowledge →** Highspot.

Enter your Highspot URL to begin connecting.

Log into Highspot in the popup window:

Once authorized, you can start importing content.

## **2\. Select Highspot Content to Sync**  
Use the Highspot Selector to choose **spots or files** within your Highspot dashboard.

Sync the pages you want. They will now appear in your 1up Knowledge Base.

## **3\. Organize Your Synced Highspot Content**  
- Add tags (e.g., **Highspot**) to categorize your imported sources.
- Tagging allows you to narrow Q&A or Questionnaire automation to Highspot-only content when generating answers.
