# Gong

## Connect Gong to 1up

Connect your Gong transcripts to your 1up account so you can reference your sales conversations for the most up-to-date answers.

**Note:** Before getting started, ensure that your Gong account has Technical administrator permissions.

1. Log into your 1up account and select **Knowledge Base.**

2. Select **Add Knowledge** in the top right.

3. In the Add Knowledge popup, select **Gong**.

4. When prompted to connect your Gong content to your 1up Knowledge Base, click **Confirm**.

5. Click **Connect** to link your Gong account.

6. When the message asking to grant 1up access to Gong appears, click **Allow**.

7. Once Gong is connected, click **Browse call transcripts** to view your calls.

8. Select a timeframe to view transcripts from that period. Choose the transcripts you want to add, then click **Upload**.

9. Your uploaded Gong transcripts will appear in your 1up Knowledge Base.
